[A misty twilight in Camelot’s courtyard. The round table is empty, except for two men: Eminem in a hooded sweatshirt, pacing with restless energy, and King Arthur, in his shining armor, sword Excalibur resting across his lap.]

Arthur (raising Excalibur): Then you are no devil, Marshall, but a knight who fights with words as I with steel. The suits are but sorcerers of greed, casting shadows on your name. Yet truth, like Excalibur, cuts through darkness.

Eminem (smirking, almost relieved): Guess that makes me a knight in baggy pants, huh? Spitting verses instead of swinging swords. But the fight’s the same, man—me against the machine, just trying to keep my soul intact.

Arthur (solemnly): Then rise, Sir Eminem, Knight of the Truth. May no contract or curse ever break your will.

She says that the Egyptians and Phoenicians believed that the Phoenix Bird was the representation of a god who “rose to heaven in the form of a morning star, like Lucifer, after his fire-immolation of death and rebirth …” [Walker, Now Is The Dawning “, p. 281]

Another Masonic author, revealed that the Sun God, who created all other gods, was symbolized by the Phoenix.
