Valerie Anne Poxleitner, better known by her stage name Lights, is a Canadian singer-songwriter, musician, and comic book author. She was born on April 11, 1987, in Timmins, Ontario, Canada. Lights is renowned for her distinct blend of electropop, indie pop, and electronic music.
